By booking a fitting appointment or renting itme(s) from Princes’ Gowns, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Age Requirement

Customers under 18 need consent from a parent or legal guardian.

The guardian must read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Our Commitment

All rental items are inspected, cleaned, and prepared before they are rented out.

We supply items in good, wearable condition.
Customer Responsibilities

After pick up, you take full responsibility for the item.

Do not alter, wash, or clean the item.

Return the item by the agreed date and time.
-
Fees apply for late return, damage, or loss.
Fitting Appointments
Ball Gown Fittings
-
You may try on a maximum of 3 ball gowns during your appointment.
-
Due to our small residential boutique space, this session is for 1 client only, with the option to bring 1 companion for support.

Companions are not permitted to try on gowns.
Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog Fittings

We can accommodate up to 3 people per appointment.
-
Each person may try on a maximum of 3 garments.
Parking
-
We have off street parking only, no designated parking spaces.
Booking
-
Book via Messenger, website, or email.
-
A non refundable fitting fee applies to ball gown fittings.

Each session runs for 30 to 45 minutes.
Companions
-
Ball gowns: 1 client + 1 companion.
-
Cultural attire: Up to 3 customers per session. Book an extra session for larger groups.
Penalties
$5 – Late Arrival
You are expected to arrive on time for your appointment.
Arriving after your scheduled appointment time will incur a $5 fee.
$10 – Late Cancellation or Reschedule (within 24 hours)
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $10 fee.
$20 – No Show
Failing to attend your appointment without any notice will incur a $20 fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
Reservation and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to reserve any rental item.

The remaining balance and bond (50% of rental price) are due 2 weeks before pick up.

The bond is refundable if the item is returned on time and in good condition.

Deductions will apply for late return or repairs.

Pick Up

Pick up 1 to 2 days before the event, at the agreed time.

Inspect the item when collecting and tell us straight away if there is an issue.

All rental items remain the property of Princes’ Gowns.
Return
-
Return 1 to 2 days after the event, at the agreed time.
-
Late returns incur 25% of rental price per day.
-
If not returned after 15 days, the bond is forfeited and the matter may be referred to debt collection at your cost.

If a late return results in a booking loss, you may be charged for the cancelled rental.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking, however fees and credits apply based on timing:

If Princes’ Gowns cancels due to item damage, loss, or unavailability, you may choose a refund, store credit, or a replacement item based on stock.
Bookings affected by medical emergencies or COVID-19 restrictions may be rescheduled or credited. Contact us as soon as possible so we can support you.
Damage, Cleaning & Bond
- A standard cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
- Minor damage (under $30) is covered by Princes’ Gowns.
- If repair costs exceed $30, the customer is responsible for the difference.
- Gowns returned with heavy staining (e.g. makeup, fake tan, alcohol, etc.) may incur additional dry-cleaning charges.
- If the gown is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer is liable for up to 100% of the retail value, minus any rental and bond fees already paid.
- All applicable costs will first be deducted from the bond. Any remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
